Description
Extension libraries: tools and thinkers built on the runtime for particular domains,
published as their own artifacts rather than as part of the core.
The open patent clients: EPO and the USPTO Open Data Portal, with their artifacts and
the rate-limit accounts each office's ceiling requires.
Small helpers the runtime needs: XML parsing safe against XXE, renderings for log lines,
lenient date and yes/no reading, construction of configured classes.
